The contract is only concluded and binding for guest and intermediary, if the apartment is booked and confirmed by the mediator by email, fax or mail. The guest acknowledges the business and mediation conditions upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The booking is binding and requires no signature.
The conclusion of the contract (booking confirmation) binds the agent and the guest to fulfillment.
The intermediary is obliged to offer an equivalent apartment in case of double occupancy or non-availability.
The reservation tools deposited on the website www.astenappartements.de apply subject to confirmation by the intermediary.
Also for bookings only 1 person per apartment the basic rent for 2 persons is to be paid, offers may be different.
Cash payment is only possible for short-term bookings under 7 days and after arrangement with the intermediary! The total amount of the booking must be paid in cash at the latest.
The guest is obligated to pay the total price minus the saved costs in case of non-use of a confirmed holiday apartment.
The intermediary is not liable for damage caused to the apartments by force majeure, accident or theft. Nor can the intermediary be held liable for damage to skis, bikes or cars. The obligation to ensure traffic is the responsibility of the respective owner of the property, not the intermediary.
Arrivals are from 15:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 15:00 to 16:00 on weekends. An earlier arrival is not possible for organizational reasons. If you arrive later than 17:00, please notify us by phone or email. Later arrivals we charge a flat rate of 10,00 €. Later arrivals after 20:00 are possible only in absolute exceptional cases and are charged with 50,00 €.
Check-out is before 10:00. Later departures are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. We charge 50,00 € for unannounced departures.
You will receive the bowl, the Sauerland Card (possibly also WinterbergCard +) and infomaterial in our office in Winterberg-Neuastenberg, Zur Postwiese 14.
A cancellation of the booked and confirmed apartment is possible up to 60 working days before arrival. The fee for the cancellation is € 50.00. In the case of later cancellations, the confirmed rent is payable less tourist tax and 10% saved costs. The intermediary tries to rent the apartment in the best way possible. The income accruing to the cancellation period must be deducted from the cancellation costs and reimbursed.
The apartments can only be booked with the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation. In the event of an exceedance, we reserve the right to terminate or recalculate the surplus persons.
Pets are not allowed in all apartments. Pets are to be registered. A fee is charged for pets brought along.
We kindly ask you to return the apartments to us in the normal soiled condition. Extreme pollution or damage to furniture or inventory will be charged to the respective guest. For small damages, e.g. Broken glasses or porcelain, please deposit some money. The waste bins are to be emptied, the dishes to be rinsed.
Please pay attention to the keys of the apartments! Many houses are closed systems. If a key was lost, several locks would then have to be replaced. The costs can be very high and are then the responsibility of the respective guest. Also breaking a door lock is at the expense of the person or group who have left the key in the home or lost it.
The descriptions, equipment and prices are always valid at the time of the booking on our website www.astenappartements.de. Descriptions, equipment and prices, which are advertised and deposited on external websites, may deviate and are not binding.
The apartments are clean and furnished in a modern standard, with bed linen and towels, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Should important equipment be missing in individual cases, we are endeavored to supplement these as quickly as possible. Complaints and complaints are to be addressed immediately to us. The intermediary is given the opportunity to eliminate deficiencies. No reduction claims which may be addressed to the intermediary after the termination of the stay can not be recognized.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. You accept any cancellation charges incurred. Please check with your insurance company.
